We are building a theatre for everyone. At The Working People's Theatre, we believe in the power of professional mentorship and community-led collaboration. Whether you're an experienced mentor or looking to join our production team, we provide a welcoming space for talent to flourish and stories to be told.

APPLICATION PROCESS

STEP 1:
IDENTIFY YOUR INTEREST

  • Research our current vacancies across production roles and mentor opportunities to find where your experience best aligns with our community-led mission.

STEP 2:
PREAPRE YOUR MATERIALS

Please submit a CV showcasing your experience as well as a cover letter addressed to our artistic director about how you would fit in the current roles advertised. 

STEP 3:
JOIN THE TEAM

Submit your expression of interest through the button below. We review all applications and recruit specialized roles seasonally throughout the year.
